What if it breaks?+
48-hour SLA on every Build, covered by ongoing Automation Care: monitoring, fixes, and minor changes, indefinitely. 15% of build per year, billed annually (the industry-standard rate for software maintenance). No tickets, no portals, no chasing.
Who owns the IP?+
You do. Every automation runs in an n8n server owned by your organisation. The flows, the credentials, the data: yours from day one.
Is my data safe?+
Each step in every workflow is a deliberate decision point: what gets logged, what gets encrypted, what gets masked, where it goes. We build to your data-security requirements, not to a one-size template.
What if I leave?+
Everything is yours. No proprietary platform, no lock-in. The n8n server, the workflows, the documentation: you keep all of it. Any competent engineer can pick up where we left off.
How much will it cost?+
It depends on the build. We look at your data first, scope the work, then quote. Engagements start at A$10,000. After launch, ongoing care is 15% of build per year, the standard enterprise vendors charge, covering fixes, monitoring and minor changes for as long as you use the flow.
